Chef/Owner Joel Hapgood has been in the kitchen for the past 20 years. He is graduate from the Culinary Arts program at Blue Hills Voc Tech in Avon, MA and then went on to graduate from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI with a degree in Culinary Arts. Joel has most recently worked for the Barrett Restaurant Group out of Abington, MA and has Chef experience in 5 of their restaurants over the past 20 years. As Executive Chef for the Kingston Charlie Horse Restaurant, he was also responsible for their off-premise catering division known as Plymouth Bay Catering.
Restaurant Manager Michelle Hapgood has also been in the restaurant business for the past 20 years. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI with a degree in Hospitality Management. After graduating from college Michelle was a Reservations Manager with Holiday Inn Crown Plaza, then going on to become the Director of Catering for Barrett’s on Boston Harbour, Charlestown, MA. Most recently she worked as Director of Catering for The Weston Golf Club in Weston, MA.
